How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

I confirm that refund item(s) are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and include all original tags and packaging.
Non-returnable Items
Please note that all "Final Sales" items are non-refundable and non-returnable. To ensure hygiene and the quality of our products, items that have been worn, washed, altered, or are missing original tags and packaging cannot be returned or exchanged. We encourage you to review our sizing guide and product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.
Refunds & Store Credit
Upon successful return of eligible items, you will have the option to receive either a full refund to your original payment method or a store credit for future purchases. Please indicate your preference when submitting your return request. Refunds typically process within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your protection, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
